When do I need to purchase a burrito to earn a free one?
April 28th - May 25th 2025.
How do I earn the free burrito when I'm not yet a My Rio Rewards member?
Make sure you get your receipt that shows you purchased a burrito within the eligible timeframe. Your receipt will have a bar code on it. Once you have your My Rio Rewards account, open the app. You'll select Earn > Scan receipt barcode.
Scan your receipt within 7 days of purchase.
How do I earn the free burrito when I'm already a My Rio Rewards member?
You can either scan your app when at the register in restaurant, be logged in to your account when ordering online or at a kiosk, or scan your receipt within 7 days of purchase.
When will I get my coupon?
One coupon will be awarded per customer during the eligible period of 4/28/25 - 5/25/25. You should see your free burrito coupon in your app account within 24 hours. Please alert our Customer Care team at mobileapp@caferio.com after 24 hours if it hasn't arrived.
Are there any corporate-y restrictions to the free burrito?
Unavoidable. The free burrito is for our Sweet Pork Barbacoa, Shredded Chicken Breast, Beef Barbacoa, and Veggie. Premium meats like Pollo Asado, Fire-Grilled Chicken, and Fire-Grilled Steak, guac, and elotes will come with a tiny charge, but your burrito will be fancy, soโฆ worth it!
